Regular meeting; of the Council; present mayor Hardy
and Councilmen Clarkson , IJfadiseri, McKenzie , Naden, Roberts ,
and Taylor.
A petition for better drainage on Central Avenue was
read and refered to the Drainage committee.

The City Attorney advised the Council that the claim
of Dr . E . H. Bradley for additional ,ervices performed as
Registrar was not a legal claim, and upon iuotion the so.ltie
was not allowed.
Upon motion the I&Ltter oi' rebating L!" J. A. Young ' s
water rent was ref Bred to the Water COiiunittee.
The request of the Firemen that the v�ater 1iran be ally
paved to clean up the Fireraen ' :, rooms once a week v-,,as upon
li�otion granted.
Upon luotion the claim of P1ir . M. 1/1. Burk of �t12 . 75 for
draining Alvord Avenue was allowed.
Having no further business triP Council did then adjourn ,
