First regular meeting of the Council ; present Mayor Hardy
and Councilmen Chittenden , Clarkson , McKenzie , Naden and Taylor .
Minutes of January 5" were read dj1d approved.
The resignation of W. L. Fulp was read and upon motion accepted.
The IvT_ayor ii-ade the following appointments of Officers wMch
upon motion were ratified:
Marshal- A. T . Cook; Engineer- 13. Bouldron; police Judge- A. E.
Rockwell ; Health Officer- C . B. Hoffman; Plumbing Inspector- C . C .
Cornelius; Pound Master- J. A. gagadorn.
The fcllowing Counciln'ten were elected by the Council to take
the place of Councilmen Rasmussen and Fulp resibned: 11. B. Madison
and Beech loberts .
The Mayor appointed the following Committees for the ensuing
year : Finance- I1. B. Madison, Chas, . Clarkson & F. L. Taylor;
Police & License- E. H. Naden, J. L. !McKenzie & B. Roberts; Street
Committee- C. G. Chittenden , E. II. leaden and F . L . Taylor ; Nater-
B. Roberts , Chas. Clarkson & I1. 13. Madison; Light- J. L. McKenzie ,
C . G. Chittenden & H. B. Madison; Buildir_6 & Plumbing- F. L. Taylor ,
E. H. Naden &. C . G. Chittenden; Health-Sewerage & Drainage- Chas.
Clarkson, B. Roberts and J. L. McKenzie.
Having no further business the Council did then adjourn ,
