Hardy , McKinzie , Naden, Rasmussen , and Tucker , Councilmen Hardy

Minutes of June 2 , read and approved.

Water committee reported favorable as to allowing the people
along the main water line on the hill water , upon the regular
application and under contract , upon motion the recoifundation .
was adapted.

Upon motion the City Marshal was instructed to see that
Ordinance No . 30I licensing dogs to be strictly enforsed.
Bids for the improvement of local umprovement districts No 's
139 , and 140 were opened as follows�:,,District 139 , A. K. Dye
$5695 .75 ; District #140 , A. K. DjVe$170I .80. There being no other
bids , upon motion both Contracts were awarded to Mr. Dye.
Upon motion credits on water for laying pipe was allowed as f
