Ordinances #343. and #344, approving assessment rolls for Local Imp. Dist—
ricts #136,137 respectively, were read, placed upon their final passage
and carried by the unamonus vote ofAthe Councilmen present. 40
Re-wonstances were filed by property ownersin Local IMP. Districts Nos.
138 & I40 which were duely considered by the Council, after which
ordinance No.345, ordering Improvement on Local Imp. District #138
was read, placed upoil _its final passage and lost V the following vote;
Councilmen Hardy and McKinzie voting °Aye°f and Councilmen Clarkson, Fulp,
Naden, Rassnussen and Tuizker voting 1/Nay"
Ordinance No. 346 and 347, ordering Improvement In Local Imp. Districts
Nos. 139,and #140 respectively, were read, and placed upon their final
Passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Council.
he question of installing a new kind of street light in the place of the
C.P. now in use, was ref eyed to the light committee for investigation.
The water of furnishing water to Mr. Page out on the new water line was
#,gfered to the water committee.
A question came up in regard to sprinkling certain streets which was re—
f eyed to the street committee.
The Clerk was instructed to riotify tge Kind; County Horticulturist inspector
that several orchards in the City were overun with caterpillars and should
be taken care of at once.
The Clerk was directed to ask the County Cormdossioners for the use of the
Countie's steam roller on the new street Improvement about to be undertaken
by the_4 City.

Upon motion the meter xl aying 30 or 40 feet of 241, on the pipe at

Centarl Avenue and Titius street was reCered to the street Coi,unittee with
,*q" power to act.
No further bussinees appearir16 the Council did then adjourn.
