Upon the following vote ti was ordered that all dogs found
at large in any public place , after the 15th. day of clay , with-
out a Muzzle on , Oust be shot ; Counci lh en Fulp , Hardy , McKin-
zip and Rashussen voting "Aye" , and Councilmen Clarkson , ivaden
and Tucker voting; "hayu .
Upon hrtion toe health Officer was ihstructed to proceed

houses to the sewer and hating the Oahe ranitu.ry .
Clerks report for the tooth of torch was read and r0ered
