Oity Hall , at Kent , Washington , be and the sable is fixed as
the time and place for hearing oii the assessment roll for
Local Improvement District I,+o . 1235 for the Improvement of
CentrIa l Avenue , by bui ldi.rig along the west side thereof ,
between Meeker Street and Titus Street , a regulation wooden
sidewalk and cross vialks , in accordiance with specifications
and plans on file and the ordinances of the City of Kent .
