Kent , Washington , Nov. I8 , 1912.
Regular meeting bf the Council; present Mayor Bereiter and
Councilmen Boucher , Coble , Fulp , Hardy and Naden.
Minutes of November 4" were read and approved.
The following claims were read and ordered paid:

ordinance # 327 granting franchise to the C. M. & P. S.
By. Co . for a spur track into the condenser was read and upon
fi motion placed upon its final passage and carried unanimously.
Ordinance # 328 providing for the improvement of Fifth Ave
by sidewalking the east side thereof was read , and no protests
having been filed , the same was placed upon its final passage
and carried inanimously.
Resolutions setting time for hearing assessment rolls for
Local Improvement Districts Nos. 128 and 134 were read and adopt-
ed as follows :

IT IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT:
That the 161, day of December 1912 , at the hour of 8 o 'clock
P. M. , at the Council Chamber in the City Hall , at Kent , Wasrington,
be and the same is fixed as the time and place for hearing on the
reassessment roll for Local Improvement District # I28.
That the City Clerk be and is hereby directed to publish in the
official newspaper of the City of Kent , notice thereof as required
by law and the ordinAnces of the said City.
Resolution # 134.
IT IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KENT:
That the 160 day of December 1912 , at the hour of 8 o 'clock
P. M. , at the Council Chamber in the City Hall , at Kent , Washington,
be and the same if fixed as the time and place for hearing on the
assessment roll for Local Improvement District # 134.
That the City C1?rk be and is hereby directed to publish in the
official newspaper of the City of Kent , notice thereof as required
bg law and the ordinances of the said City.
