Regular meeting of the Council ; present Mayor Bereiter and
Councilmen Boucher , Fulp , Hardy , Harper and Tucker.
Minutes of Oct . 2Iu were read and approved.
Clerk 's report for the month of Oct . was read and refered to
- the Finance Committee.
The following resolution transfering funds was read and adopted:
RESOLVED that the following amounts be and they are hereby or-
dered transfered from the respective funds named to the Current
Expense Fund , and the City Clerk and City Treasurer are hereby
directed to make their books of account show such transfer :

Ordinance # 327 , Granting Franchise for spur track to C. M.
& P. S. Ry. Co. , passed its first reading and upon motion was
referdd to the City Attorneyt.
A petition was presented , signed by 22 property owners , asking
that the City clean out Alill Creek from the north boundry of the
City to Smith Street which was refered to the Drainage Committee
for invettigation.

Ordinance # 326 , repealing Ordinance # 316 and providing
for a reassessment roll for Improvement District Number I28 ,
was read, placed upon its final passage and carried unanimous—
ly.
The Light COMIttee recommended the branting of the petition
for lights in the North Park Addition and upon 100tion the
recommendation was adopted.
Bids for the Improvement of Titus Street , Local Improvement
District # 134 , were opened and read as follows :
J. T. Jones , $ 2997.65; N. T. Barnes & Co. , $ 3135 .25 ; A . K.
Dye , $ 2862.00. Upon motion the Contract was awarded to A. K.
Dye for $ 2862 . 00 , and lie was allowed ten days to file contract
and bond.
Upon motion the Council did then adjourn ,
