Minutes of last meeting were read and approved. Assessnat roll of Local lapx'ov#mt Dist. # 12.4 was read and no objoctihns or protests being made or filed the same was adopted. Ordinance # 307 s making a levy of the said assessment was on motion placed upon passage- and on roll call the same was passed by unanimous vote of the full council. Assessment roll of Local Improvement district # I25 was read anal no objeetiens or protests appearing against the same was a- dopted ordinance # 3os levying the said assessment was read and on motion placed on its final passage and on roll Gall the son was pa$804 by unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen. The hearing an the resolution # 131 was taken up and no ob- jections or protests appearing ordinaaico # 309 ordering the im- prOvemeâ–ºnt as contemplated in said resolution , was read: and on motion placed on its final passage and on roll call, failed of passage. $oaring on resolution # 132 was taken up and no objections or protests ice, Ordinance # 310 ordering the improvement con .An said resolution 13P, was read and on motion was placed on its final passage and on roll call failed of passage. Rearing of the petition of W* Decker and wife for vacation a portiou of State Avenue, was taken up .and ordinance # 31 i; Wing NUOU vacation was read and on motion placed on final passage and on roll call was passed by the unanimous vote of the council. Centr4ote and bonds of J. Z. $Ivward for improvement of Dist. # 1981 said of N. T. Barre for i aprovoment in Dist. 196, were presented, read and approved by the Council by unanimous vote. Contractore estimate on Imp. Dist#. # I24 and 125 , for the math of June, was presented for 42338.6 And 4366.31 res- poeti,vely and upon motion they were allowed and ordered paid. Bids were opened for the Naden street Improvement Dist. No. 1299 as follows: Is T. Barnes , $1488.15; J. T. Jones , $1692.90. Upon motion the aMtraet was awarded to N. T. Barnes for $1488.15. Bids were o med on the Clark street lap. as follows: No T. Samos 105*30; Jo T. Jones #I210*00,Upon action the contract was awarded to N. T. Barnes for W05.30. Side were peened on the Shinn St. 10. as follows: _ N. T. names, 3136.60; J. T. Jones , $3392.00. upon motion the contract was awarded to N. T. Barnes for 3136.60. The matter of building a fence around the reservoir was upon notion refered to the water Committee with power to act. Upon motion the Council did then adjourn, City Clerk.
