Regular meeting of the Council; present Mayor Rereiter and Cotn- c i lmen Boucher , Coble , Fulp , Harper , Naden and Tucker. Minutes of February 19th. , read and approved. Petition for water of the O'Brien people was read and refered to the Water Committee. Clerk's report for the month of February was read and refered to the Finance Committee. Dist . # 122 was read, placed upon its final passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present . Ordinance # 293 , pr®viding for the improvement of Central Ave. by sidewalking the Vest side from Titus! Street to Meeker Street , was read, placed upon its final passage and carried by the unan- imous vote of all of the Councilmen present . Ordinance # 294, providing regulations for the sewering of private premises , was read, placed upon its final passage and carried by the following vote, Councilmen Boucher , Coble , Fulp, Harper & Tucker voting "aye" & Councilman Naden voting "nay" . The matter of the weight of loads to be allowed upon the pave- ment was refered to the Street Committee. The guestion of fixing the fire tower was posponed. Upon motion the Council did the adjourn , City Clerk. +
