KENT, WASHINGTON, FEB. 19TH. , 1912.
Regular meeting Of the Council; present Mayor Bereiter and
Councilmen Boucher , Coble , Pulp , Hardy , Harper , Naden and
Tucker.
MinItes of February 5th. read and approved. Clerk 's report
for the year 191I read and upon motion refered to the Finance
Committee.
Upon motion a warrant was ordered drawn in favor of Mr. Corsen
for $I0.00 payment of alley-right-of-way.
Mr. Tucker reported that Shinn Street had been connected
to the state road as ordered.
The Clerk was instructed to send Albert Merrifield a warrant
drawn on Imp. Dist . Fund. No. 106 , in payment of his claim for
work.
The following claims were read and ordered paid: N. T. Barnes
$77.49 sidewalk, Imp. Dist . No. I22; M. L. Drake $67.75 for
toilet in City Hall.
Upon motion the Clerk was instructed to issue a duplicate
warrant to W. A. A. Risedorph for $13 .75 to replace warrant
No. 542,4 accidently destroyed by fire.
The City Engineer and Street Committee reported the improve-
ment of Central Avenue , Imp. Dist. No. I2I , completed and re-
comended the acceptance of the same. Upon motion the report
was adopted and the claim of the contractors for $4003.61 ,
contractors price and $52.50 for extra labor and material ,
was paid.
Upon motion the Council did then adjourn ,
City Clerk.
