RESOLUTIONS . ,
VIHME'A5, it appearink; to the Council that the sidewalk heretofore orderd
upon and along the west side of Central Avenue from Meeker Avenue to Smith
Street, has been completed, and an assessment roll for the said improvement
has been prepared and presented to the Council by the Clerk of the Town as
required by law and the ordinances of the town, and the said assessment
roll now being on file in the clerks office, it is therefore,

L That Monday February lst. A. D. 1900, at the hour of F o'clock P.
at the council chamber in the city Ball in the said town of Rent, be and the
sane is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing; and equalization
of the said assessment roll; and further It 30LVi D, that the Clerk o1' the
said Town be and lie is hereby directed to f=ive notice o ' such Iiearin;; <.ndo
— equalization as by law required.
