February 5 , 1963
Regular meeting of the Dent City Council called to order
at 3 :00 p.m. by Mayor Thornton . Present : Councilmen :
Armstrong, Baffaro, Masters , City Engineer Sherwood , City
Attorney Bereiter. Mayor Thornton noted that not enough
council members were present to constitute a quorum, and
stated that the meeting would therefore reconvene at 3 :00
p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City IIall on February
12, 1963. It was noted for the record, that it is the city' s
intent to continue the following matters which would have
been considered in tonight ' s business :
PUBLIC HEARINGS :
1. Proposed LID 255 - So. 223th Improvements
2. Deletion of R-5 from present zoning ordinance.
3. Cugini request for vacation of portion .of Willis St .
4. Kentwood Bills #2 Plat
5. Kentwood Hills .113 Plat
