Councilman Woodworth moved to apr-rove the survey as presented.
The motion was duly seconded a.nd after further discussion on the
drainage question and various views cxtetded on the matter,
Councilman Shaffer moved to substitute I:inr; County and the Army
Engineers . Motion duly seconded and -tile substitute motion 'gas
passed.

Mrs . Jaxn.es Hogan wanted to know what had happened to the cost
estimate on the LID which the people in her neighborhood petitioned
for. The area including Guiberson, KerV,'ood and �TanderVanter Streets.
Playor Thornton retorted that they had had a zoning meeting
on the new ordinance .-ind it Vras not: ver,,,- well attended. He said
that they could. not T,o a.heed and pas:; the Ordinance with o,,-Jy a
few p.resent .from the F'lanriinf-' Comrzlis�-,ion and the City Council.
