and requesting the city to install the mains. Motion for

Council reconvened, and 1.1otion made and passed by flr.
Parsons, stating that lir. Drake at the time in 1953 was
informed that the water would be avaiable when his plat
was completes. made a motion that the city put in the water
main and Mr. Drake pay for half and to place money in escrow
with the Clerk.
Resolutions presented for Street Lights and for puT-iping

to streetlight committee for study.
Resolution No. 379 read and passed for annexation of
property on the South East of City Limits. sets a hearing
for 8 P.M. 15th. day of July,1957.
