Mayor Mooney entertained a motion to have the Clerk hand over•
petitions to the En-ineers for check as to property owners in
tho district , .
Present at the hearing; ; ilayor Mooney, Councilman Curran,
Parsons, Pozzi, Scott , Strain, Thornton.
Mayor Mooney declared -the- hearing closed.
