Regular meeting of the City Council, present Mayor Mooney,
Councilman Curran,Pozzi, Scott, Shaffer, Strain, Thornton.
Minutes of the last regular I opting read and approved accept

Councilman Scott reported that Stokley*Van Kamp Plant was
letting whole carrots go down the sewer, and was giving the
Treatment Plant a bad time.`I'his condition could not go on
stated hr. Scott, that he intended to notify the Pollution
Control Cornriission and that he ranted the council to no J
of his intended action.

present with other neighbors, requested of the council to stop
the gravel pit operation just below the kill from his property . ,

Mayor Mooney entertained a motion and was passed for the
Fire Chief and the Finance Committee to rrork out 3�ecificatiosrr
for a new fire truck, and call for h:ids.
