Motion passed to instruct the clerk to write a letter to the Ditch Commissioners in reward to cleaning out the ditch that drains North Park. Motion passed to remove from the table the matter of parellel parking on North Fout-th Ave. while loading and unloading.Roll call vote was taken on the motion and the parrel_lel parking .E lost by a unanimous vote, except Curran & Shaffer . Mr. Egan was present an employee of Libbys, he stated that Libbys would do all they could to free trucks from parking and blocking 4th. Ave . north.
