April 20, 1955 adjourned meeting Roll call Councilman Curran, Randall, Schultz, Shaffer, councilman Randall acting Mayor, called the meeting to order and opened the hearing on LID 230, . The written objections were read, Irving C. Clark at 120 Kennebeck stating that he has been on the Sewer for years; Mr. Rotter objected to be n-ig chafged for a piece of ground that was a street; Nathen Baerd of Alvord Ave. objected to being charged with a sewer when he has been connected for years and paid for same. Horace Spaulding objected because his assessment called for more front footage than he owned. Mr. Smith of Alvord st. had more assessment than his property was worth, on account of such long frontage and no depth.Dr. Roy Rugg asked for a reajustment on his frontage. No more people had further request(or adjustment, the hearing was brought to a close, Ordinance No. 900 read for the assessment roll of L.I.D. 230, and by motion passed the unanimous vote of the council present. Motion passed to have the City Attorney draw a new Resolution for the creation of LID 232 for the improvement of North Central by sidewalks, from James Street to East Titus. Motion passed to instruct the clerk to write a letter to Mr. Forgey State Engineer in regard to our new Resolution for the sidwalk improvement. MEETING ADJOURNED; Mayor Chas. Bridges City Clerk
