Letter read from Nichie Publications regarding our inquiry on codification. Upon motion the Clerk was instructed to write th(-m to the err,ct that we did not ,,bud:7et the neccessary funds to -,o J -ad with the job. Letter read from the Horth<-rn Paci is Railroad rear:ling a lack of surveying monument; s. Upon notion the letter was -referred to the finance committee and the City Lngineer to work out a satisfactory solution with the railroad. Clerk way, instructed to write the Iz,ilroad. Both the ;school .District and tho ,Air n,il Oil Co,npr ny were in attendance and they seem to have arrived at an agreeable solution to their property problem.
