Petition .presented to the council for the creation of an
LID for sewers in the ldorth East side of the city. Motion
passed to place on file with the previous petitions on sewers.
Resolution 111o. 326 by motion passed to abolish the ,dar Liq.
Tax fund and the :sate �1 irl T�1_ind by transfer from Currents Ex-
pense fund.
Hearing was held on the vacation of an alley in the
Original Plat of Kent , no one there being; interested the hear-
ing was adjourned till the next rcgular meeti.n- of the council.
Letter read from the Kentlii,ranis Club, urging the develop-
ment of the ineVi Part: Grounds on 4present

Two member of the Park Board and presented their
plan that they developed .for the future use of play grounds
etc. for the park grounds.
The mat'l-Iter of oiling streets came before the council and a
motion was passed to place in the hands of the street committee
for action within their means.
Delis-ation from the hest side of North Central Ave. that are
in LID 229 Sewer 'District , requested a�the councilsfew help
or advice in placing the sewer connections under the Hi-'1'1ay.`l'he
city engineer was instructed to help them plan their proceedure.
Notion tas passed to instruct the City Attorney and Chief of
