Kqgineer reported on the necessary repair that was needed
on the !glue Danner Food building. T ,nqinqer was instructed
to make a codpicte survey of the build0r, and report at tY,
next meeting.
Sanitation committee was to 10Q in o Ke dump situation and
report at the next meeting with recoamendations.
Treasurer' s report on the monies coTlected and unpaY on
LID assessment roll was accepted, z4d unpaiQ balance at the
end of the 30 day period was AJ 21, 320- 57.
Resolution read and adopted by motion passed, for thn 7ayor
and Clerk to sign a release to the "continental Canualty Ao
for the amount of money owing to the city for the default of
Roberts Cc a contractor on LID sewers.
Ordinance Y 847 passed by motion to authorize the Kayor and
Clerk to issue Bonds aqainst LID 229 sewers for the amount of
021, 320- 57 at the rate of interest of Q and for 12 years.
Petition received for property owners in tLe Force addn.
and adjacent thereto for the creation of a LID for sewers,
motion passed to place on file.
Police committee to worn with the chief or police in regard
to a sign on the now police car.
Notion passed to have a resolution drawn to transfer monies
from the current cvponse fund to t4e totals of the Var Liq.
Tan fund and the State aid fund, and this action to eliminate
these two funds, and the interest money from series C. bonds
be directed into the current expense fund.
Clerk was instructed by motion to writc a letter to Will Andre
owner of the Vale Theater in regard to the exit, being unnamed
so people will not park in front of same.
