Boyle, a letter, for t5e fees and necessary data to become a member. Petition read for the vacation of an alley in ?lock 4, in the Original flat of Dent. Resolution No. 324-A read and adopted by motion of the council for the vacation of portion of alley in Block 4, Original plat of Dent , by declaring a hearing held on the 7th. day of April, and to instruct the clerk to post notices according to law. Mr. Braunschweig appeared before the council requesting permmission to move the ;ate at the dump further west so that people would not use the pipe line riFhtaway for dumping; ,,,hen the ;ate was closed on wcQdays, and also that he would take care of the clump without pay, but could not pay the city for the job. ?lotion passed to have the health and Sani- tation committee look into the matter further. Motion passed to have no shooting signs placed at the dump and also a sign placed at the foot of the hill, " Dump open only on Saturdays and Sundays".
