Regular meeting of the City Council present Mayor kooney
Councilmen Blessing, Curran, Pozzi , Da.ndall. , Schults4 Shaffer,

iiinuteton; read and approved of the last regular meeting,;
Deport of officers read and filed, �udgct , Treasurers and
Clerk' s Deport , also the annual Librarian' s report.
_otion passed to place on file , and to complement the
librarian and Library Uoard on the fine joi, they are doing;.
Water committee reported a meeting with the land agent of
the Northern Pacific I:ailroad Co, in regard to land at
Rock Creek site , the ,rater committee with City "attorney will
have a mectin€; with the same agent to investigate further in-
to the purchase price of this tract of .land.
Letter of proposal from Pr. Katon of Menton, to take care
of the dump and selvage all items that he sees fit , aid pay
the City 315.00 per month and take care of same. the matbcr
was placed in the hands of the Foalth � Sanita.tion committee
for further investigation.
Letter read from the Standard :stations Inc, at Central
Meeker requesting 18 ft . of curbing on 'last Feeker be zoned
for unloading only .for their gas truths to make deliveries.
Notion passed to instruct the clerk to 'rite a letter to the
Standard Stations Inc . stating that the council_ did not feel
the request was necessary, owing to tAe fact that they had
use of so many feet of drive tray now.
Notion passed to place the matter of Ar. Monson' s request
for vacation of an alley, and for easement for sewer in the
hands of the City .attorney, and the Engineer. t
�i.L.Armstron g appeared before the council. in regard to the
Planning Commission' s decession on si6eyards, the councils
action ryas to recommend that he request another hearing of
the planning commission, owing to the fact there were only
a few members present at their last meeting.
