Regular meeting of the City Council present Mayor 1� ooney,
Councilmen Adams, Bles ,ing, Po7,zi , Schultz, Thornton;
Minutes read of the last regular meoting and approved;
Report of officers read and filed, Treasurers, Clerk' s udget ;
Letter of resignation from council Adams read, he stated
his reason that was moving frDin t'xe city, on account of
working at anotl-ter bank. Motion passed to accept Council-
man Adams resignation with deep regret , to be effective Jan.
st . 1952.
Hearing held on Ordinance 1/ 843 , and small changes read
frori the first ordinance reed at the previous i;ieeting. Totion
passed to instruct the City Ati_,orney to get special cou"ncil
on different phases of the frnclxise , nd continue trie hearing
at the next regular meeting of the council Jan. 7th. 1952.
I.otion passed to accept the settlement of the Bonding Cc
on LID 229 sewers, as recommended by the City Attorney.
