Kent Washington January 2, 1951
Regular meeting of the City Council present, Mayor pro-tem
Thornton, Councilmen Armstrong, Randall, Seeman, Shaffer;
Minutes read and approved of the last regular meeting;
Report of officers read and filed, police report;
Letter read from the State Highway Engineers Office stating
that they would investigate the need of a different traffic
control light at West Meeker and West Highway.
Letter read from a sewer applicant, for connection to the
new sewer that has been constructed by the school on Smith
Street, Motion passed to place letter on file, until at such'
time job was completed and costs filed in the clerk's office.
Motion passed to instruct the Clerk to ,trite a letter to
the applicant for sewer connection and explain that at this
time that connections were not in order, but his letter would
be held on file and notified at what time for connection thereto.
