Adjourned meeting from August 21, present Mayor Mooney
Councilmen, Armstrong Bell, Pozzi, Seeman, Shaffer, Thornton;
Motion passed to. accept letter from Forbes & Brett, and
for Mayor and Clerk to Sign, asking for a release on old
contract for sewage desposal plant engineering, and requesting
`,council to sign new contract with Cary & Associates.
-� Motion passed to call for bids to be opened and read
on Sept. 18, for the construction of a Sewage Treatment
Plant.
Pratt & Grande Co was present at the meeting and gave
an outline on. the� feasibility of the City going into
the power business', and gave an outline in regard to the
cost and the revenue to expect and the amount of a bond
issue.
Resolution # 315 read and adopted by VUe council, to
exclude its self from any PUD that may be formed in King
County, and a certified copy be sent to the King County
Commissioners, letting it be known that the City of ent
has intentions of or contemplating the establishing' a
Municipal Power System.
