Adjourned meeting of the city council present Mayor Mooney
Councilmen Armstrong, Bell, Pozzi, Randall, Shaffer, Thornton.
� Motion was passed to have the Mayor and Clerk sign a contract
with H.P.Pratt & Co. for the financial survey of our Sewage
Treatment Plant.
Motion passed for the .Mayor and Clerk to sign a contract with
H.P.Pratt & Co, and Grandi Co, for a feasibility survey of the
City going into the Power & Light Buiiness.
