Regular meeting of the City Council present , Mayor Mooney,

Minutes read of the last regular meeting and approved;
Report of Officers read and filed : ; Police ;
Motion was passed to instruct the clerk to write a letter
to Mr. Christenson and his attorney in regard to the over flow
at the East Hill reservoir, and what steps were and are being
taken to remedy the condition that exists.
Motion passed and resolution adopted to hold a hearing ofi
LID No. 228 sewer District in North Park for the final
assessment Ro_ll.to be held at the City ftall Council chambers
Monday December 5th. at 810clock P.M. ;
Motion was passed to purchase street signs up to $377.00 and
be paid for out of the 1950 budget .
Motion passed to have the City Attorney draw up proper papers
for the vacation of an alley west of the old interurban right
away, and just south of West Meeker St. at the request of
Mrs. W.K.Wrenwick owner of property on both sides of same.
Motion for the clerk to call for bids on labor for the laying
of water pipe , and bids to be opened at the next regular meeting.
. Motion was passed to reject the claim of R.L.Moss & Co for
$100.00 for extra work on his water contract , until further
investigation by the water committee .
Motion was passed to have the water committee work with Mr.
Moss, in regard to the complaint of the people along the pipe
line that he laid for the City, in regard to nbt finishing and
cleaning out the drainage ditch.
