Regular meeting of the City Council, present Mayor Dunbar.,
Councilmen, Edline , Farman, Morrill , Sells , Shoff, Thompson,
Worth.
Minutes of February 3rd. read and approved;
Report of Officers read and filed , Treasurers , Clerk's and
Budget.
Councilman Thompson reported that the drain tile has been
supplied for Mr. Sandwick in North Park for drive way purposes.
Motion was passed to adopt a Civil Service Commission for the
police Dept._Ordinance # 778 read and passed the unanimous vote
of the Council.
Mayor appointed the following members to the Civil Service
Commission, Curtis Farman 6 year term,Howard Edline 4 year term,
Chas. Sells 2 year term.
At the request of Mir. Thatcher the council by motion granted
the use of part of the Scenic Hill street rightsway,to be used
for analley way for three homes ,to give them access from the
rear.
Building committee submitted a sketch of the planned addition
to the City Hall , Motion was passed to grant the committee to
engage an architect to make preliminary plans as proposed.
Motion was passed to instruct the clerk to write a letter
to the State Department of Hi-ways , in reagrd to the ditch
along the Hi-way on north Central,it being filled up,and re-
tards the drainage into Mill Creek.
