Regular meeting of the City Council , present Mayor Dunbar
Councilmen, Morrill , Sells, Shoff, Thompson, Worth.
Minutes od Dec. 16 , 1946 read and approved;
Report of officers read and filed , police report;
Councilman Thompson reported on a report of the police co-
mmittee meeting in regard to the setting up of s program to
take care of employees that were on the sick list,and said it
would be completed for a report at the next meeting.
Councilman Shoff repotddd ,thet the water committee would
have the required number of feet of pipe ,for the replace-
ment of old pipe , submitted at the next meeting for calling
for bids.
Mr. Cramer of Carey and Associates Consulting Engineers
submitted the preliminary plans on the Sewage- Treatment
Plant ,and explained in detail' to the Council.Motion was
passed by the unanimous vote of the Council present to
accept the preliminary report ,and ordered the firm to go
ahead with the final plans,and them
thesubmitted
matchingto the
grant.
