Regular meeting of the City Council ,present Mayor Dunbar,
Councilmen,Edline , Farman, Sells , Thompson.
Minutes of November 18th. read and approved ;
Report of officers read and filed; police report.
Resolution read and adopted by the unanimous vote of the
council present ,to set a date for hearing on an emerg&ncy _
ordinance for the water fund , to set aside �12 ,000 .00 to
cover the over draw on this years budget.An ordinance was read
meking. en appropriation for the water dept. ,
Claim for damages against the City was placed in the hands of
the finance committee for consideration, this claim was made by
a Mr. Plemons for the amount of w 43.00 ,for two cut tires being
caused by running over broken milk bottle on ydest Meeker Ave .
There were quite a deligation from the various industries of
the City in regard to the Ordinance passed at the last regular
Council meeting, raising the water rates in the large quanities
brackets .
