Regular meeting ,of the City Council ,present Mayor Dunbar,
Councilmen,Farman,Sells,Shoff,Thompson.
Minutes of Dec.4th.read and approved;
Reports read and filed,Budget,Treasurers ,and Clerk's.

Communation from the Washington Cities read and leyed over till
next meeting for further study,in regard to a Civil Service bill
to be intor�axkced at the next legislature.
Resolution # 258 passed by the unanimous vote of the Council
present,to have the Mayor and Clerk to sign a quitclaim deed to
A.N.Berlin,to remove a cloud o;i= the title of his property,that
the City has no assessments against,Lots 9 & 10 in Block A,of
the Supplemnetal Plat of Meeker' s First Addition to Kent.
Motion was made and passed,for the City Attorney to write Mr.
Rodney Arney,of Arn*p's 5 & 10 Store ,o letter in regard to him
not placing debris on the sidewalk any further.
Motion was made and passed ,to have the Clerk draw a resolution
for the next meeeting ,in regarding to designation of the City's
Official News Paper .
