Kent ,Washington August,21,1944.
Regular meeting of the City Council present ,Mayor Dunbar,Council-
men,Farman,Miller,Sells,Shoff,Thompson.
The Minutes of August 7 ,th.44.read and approved;
Reports of officer' s Treesurer' s,Clerks ,and Budget read and filed;
Mr.C.A.Phillips ask the City Council if he needed any permission to
operate a private ambulance service in the City,that Dave Mooney and
he was contemplating on buying one and placing it in service in the
very near future,to take care of the cases that might happen in this
district.
The request for water on the north roads and bidder roads was turn-
ned down owing to the high elevation.
Resolution 254 unanimously passed the vote of the Council ,for
an easement granted by Mr. & Mrs. Neice ,Mr. Mrs. Oie ,and Mr.& Mrs.
Metres.for an extension of the City sewer through their property.
