Regular meeting of the City Council present,Mayor Dunbar,
Councilmen,Morrill,Sells,Thompson,Worth.
Minutes of- December 20 ,read and approved.
Police report read and filed.
Councilman Worth reported that Mr. Ross paid $20.00 on the
damages he made on the police car,and reported that he would
continue to make monthly payments until it was cleanned up.
The committees appointed on the fifty foot right of way through
the land owned at the head-works,had not come to an agrement
as' to the sum they considered would be right.
Councilman Thompson made a report on the sewer,size and condition
on Smith- st.The Council agreed that it would stand and extension
across on Hazel,and up Temperance St.If Mr.Streub seen fit to
build additional houses on East Temperance St,
Councilman Sells Made a motion for the O.P.A. to pay $35.00 per
month rent but it lost for the want of a second.
Chas. B.Sells was elected Mayor pvo tem to fill Mr.Naden's place.
The Chief of Police reported to the Couhoil that the prowler
car needed a new ring job.Reffered to the police committee ,
with power to act.
