Regular meeting of the City Council ;present Mayor Dunbar , Councilmen,Rarman,Neden,Sells ,Shoff,Thompson,and Worth. Reports read and filed ,Clerk' s,Treasurer,and Budget . Councilman Sells reported on the progress of the painting of the window frames of the City hall . Councilman Farman reported his findings ,on the two established trailer camps we now have in the City , .Recomended that the trailer camp ordinance be passed ,with an addition of a license fee for established trailer camps ,and a limitation to tYao . A motion was made for a license fee of �jl10 .00 per year ,for two existing trailer camps ,This inotion was counteracted ,by a motion to lay the matter on the table ,for further details until next meeting. A motion was made and passed by the unamious vote of the council , to create a State Aid Fund,and ',`Tar L,inuor Tax Fund by ordinance . Ordinance # 734 State Aid Fund ,and Liquor Tax Fund. All monies paid to the City by the State under laws of the Stadje law Chapter 81,1943.shall be deposited in. the State Aid Fund.All monies paid the City by the Mate under Chapter 173 Laws of 1943 ,shall be deposited to the War Liquor Tax Fund. A motion was made and passed by the unamious vote of the Council to create a Cumulative Reserve Fund ,for materials ,supplies , and equipment,for municipal purhoses ,by ordinance. Ordinance # 735 providing for a cumulative reserve fund for ag-quiring Aaterials ,Supplies ,and equipment for municipal purposes ,and authorizing appropriations therefor.by authorizing a levy of two mills each year ,of the assessed valuation. Councilman Thompson recommended that the city council purchase a sewer rod cleanning equipment , to take care of our sewer system A motion was made and passed to purchase such equipment as needed to the amount of $445 .06 f.o .b . California , -To be drawn from the State laid Fund . Councilman Farman reported that the R. <<.Co gave the City permm.ission to use the tract of ground north of the City Park. on First ave . North ,for a parking lot. The Central service claim for the repair of a car , that accured with the City prowler,be allowed,by the vote of the council. The Layor announced that there would be a meeting of the Valley Cities at Renton,I.,"Ied . Sept . 29th .and all that could please attend . Preliminary hearing of the 1944 budget , and ordered printed , and notices printed in the local paper for two weeks .
