Regular of the City Council ;present tlayor Dunbsr,Councilmen,
Farman,Neden,Sells,Shoff,Thompson,and 1Vorth.
Minutes of July 19th.read and approved;
Police report read and filed ;
Motion was made and passed to give the Drainage committee power
to act on the Fred Boback connection from his basement to
the north Central storm sewer .
Councilman Farman read to the City Council ,the new rules and
regulations for the police dept ,set up by the Chief of police .
Reported on the painting of parking zones ,to be started soon.
Motion was made and passed to purchase two new mattresses for
the jail.
Motion was made and passed to instruct the City Clerk to write
a letter to the North Coast Bus Lines ,asking them if they would
use the parking zone ,at the Bus Depot ,and refrain from parking
double ,when possable .
Curfew law M diance was refered to the police committee for
s':u�ty .
Councilman Naden made a motion and passed , To have the City
Attorney draw up and ordiance as to Trailer camp control , .
Motion was made and passed,giving Mr.Fred Boback permission
to connect his basement drain to the storm sewer at 705 No.
Central.
