Regular meeting of the City Council ;present Mayor Dunbar
Councilmen,Morrill,Neden,Sells,Shoff,and Thompson.
Minutes of July 6th.read and approved;

treasurer' s report.
There. was no action taken by the police committee ,in reference
to the fourth policeman.Continued to next meeting.
Councilman Thompson reported that the dim-out regulations
would continue to be enforced , that there were some people
not complying with the regulations ,as they should be.
The mayor drew the attention to the council ,that thereshould
be some :thought ,given to proXjects ,for a post war program.
Street committee reported that they were working on the
guard rail at the switch spur at second ave .north.
