and Councilmen Barnes , Sells , Shoff and Thompson.
Minutes of meeting of December 7 , last , read and approved.
Clerks report , Treasurers report and Budget report , for the
Month of November, presented and filed.
Ordinance No . 730 , providing penality for falure to observe
"Dimout" regulations, vas and laid over to the next meeting.
Upon motion it was orderd that trayl c

should be replaced and that a notice beposteds and

the City would pay a reward of ten dollars , (N10 .00Y for infor-
mation leading to the arest and conviction of any one breaking
or destroying the said signs .
