Regular meeting of the City Council ; present Mayor Wooden &
j Councilmen Dunbar, Morrill , Naden, Sells , Shoff.
Minutes of October 19 , last, read qnd approved.
Police Dept. report, for October presented , read and filed.
Police Committee directed to draw up plans and specification
and call for bids for new police car.
Light Committee directed to prepare for dim-out of street
lights.
Upon motion the Fire Chief was directed to inspect the city
for fire hazards and to 'present bill for the use of his car.
