Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden &
Councilmen Barnes, Dunbar, Morrill, Naden, Sells, Shoff Thompsoi
Minutes of the meeting of September 21st.,last, read and ap-
proved.
Police Dept. report for the month of September, last, read
'and filed.

j RESOLUTION No. 240, transfering funds, and repealing resolu-
tion No. 239, was read and adopted unanimously.
ORDINANCE No. 726, creating a reserve fund, was read and laid
over to next meeting.
ORDINANCE No. 727, adopting the budget for the year 1943, &
ORDINANCE No. 728, fixing tax levy for the year 1943, and
ORDINANCE No. 729, fixing salary for Mayor and City Attorney,
wore all presented and read in the order named and each were,
upon motion placed upon its final passage and carried by the
unanimous vote of all of the Councilmen present.
