Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden and
Councilmen Barnes , Morrill , Neden, Sells and Shoff.
Minutes of the meeting of Sept. 8, last , read and approved.

Clerks report , Treasurers report and Budget report , for the
the month of August , present and filed.
The bid of the Concrete Construction Co . for crossing on No.
First street -and west Temperance street , for $45.00 and the
repaving of pavement at No. first and Shinn St. , for $500.00 ,
Was upon motion �xja�wd accepted and the improvement ordered.

RESc)LUTION N0. 239, transfering funds , w .s read and adopted
by unanimous vote of the Council.
Upon motion the offer of Mr. Bender to pay 060.00 in settle-
ment of the cities claim for the distruction of light pole ,
was accepted and the Mayor and Clerk directed to sign release.
