Kent , Washington, July 20, 1942
Regular Meeting of the City Coucncil; present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen Barnes , Morrill, Naden, Sells and Thompson.
Minutes of the meeting of July 6 , last, read & approved.
Clerks report , Treasurers report . and Budget report , for June ,
presented and filed.
Sewer Committee directed to have sewer repared at First and
Shinn Streets.
Emergency Ordinance No. 725 , providing additional funds for
the police department , was read and time for hearing set for
August 3rd. next.
Miss Sharp was reapointed a member of the Library Board by
the Mayor, which apointment was upon motion confirmed by the
unanimous vote of the City Council.
