Regular meeting of the City Council ; present Mayor Wooden &
Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar, Morrill , Naden, Sells , Shoff qnd

Minutes of the last regular meeting, June lst. ,last , read and
Approved.
Clerks report, Treasurer report and budget report , for the
month of blay, presented and filed.
Mr. Sam Guisbeck spoke to the council, explaning procedure
in case of delayed action bomb.
Police and Finance committees reported on salary increse &
Water committee reported on renewal of pipe from No. Reservoir.
City Attorney &ieected to prepare an ordinance , under the
dieeetion of the Water Committee , raising the instalation of
meters to $25.00 for a mAximum of 60 ft. from the main, and the
Committee were also authorized to purchase not to exceed 50
water meters.
Upon motion the Finance Committee were empowered to insure ,
for "War Risk" , the City Hall, Wearhouse and Reservoir.
