Police Department report for the month of April, last, presen- ted and filed. Upon motion Mons Rod was given permission to attend the Water Works Convention at Walley -Valley. Upon motion and the recomendation of the Mayor "Clean -up -Week, The matter of increace in salaries and sages was refered to a special committee consisting of the members of the Finance & Police Committees for investigation and report.
