Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden. &
Councilmen Dunbar , Naden, Sells , Shoff and Thompson.
I.Tinutes of the meeting of parch 2nd. ,last , read and approved.
Clerks report , Treasurers report & Budget report , for February
presented and filed.
Street Committee reported recomendimg the acceptance of the
Rotter prepesition,that he open grade and gravel parts of Seett
and Kirkwood streets and that they then be taken over by the Cit ;
recomendation of the Street Committee adopted.
Upon motion the City Eng. wGs directed to make one more copy,
each,of the Water & Sewer laps.
Ordinance No. 723 , renewal of the Phone Co. Franchise , was
taken up for final action cnd upon motion placed upon its final
passtge and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the Council-
men present.
