Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar, Morrill , Naden, Sells , Shoff and
Thompson.
Minutes of the last meeting , February 16 , last , read and
approved.
Report of the Police Dept. , for the I�,onth of February, read
and filed.
Water Committee reported progress on fencing of reservoir.
Franchise ordinance No. 723, granting Telephone Co. Franchis
renewal , was presented and passed first reading and laid over
to next meeting for passage.
Dr. McAllister requested levels and permission to pave alley
by his office building;. upon motion permission was granted and
levels ordered given.
Matter of renewal of light system on Central , No. of Meeker,
refered to the light Committee for investicD
