Clerks report , Treasurers report and the Budget report for
the month of January and the Library report for year 1941 pres-
ented and filed.
Comunication read from the City Attorney, recomending that
a clause be inserted in the proposed Telephone Franchise Ordi-
nance , holding the city harmless from damages , and upon motion
the recomendation was accepted and t-he ordinance directed to be
rewriters and presented at the next meeting.
Matter of fencing the reservoir on N.E.Hill was left to the
`,Vater Committee , with power to act.
