Regular meeting of the City Council; present Mayor Wooden
and Councilmen Barnes , Dunbar, Mlorrill, Naden, Sells and
Thompson.
Minutes of the last regular meeting, January 5th. , last ,
read :and approved.
Clerks report , Treasurers report, Police Dept. report
and the Budget report , for the month of December, were present-
ed and filed.

Emergency Ordinance No. 722 , approproating funds for
defence , was read and upon motion placed upon its final
passage and carried by the unanimous vote of all of the
Councilmen present.
