Minutes of the last regular meeting , Aug. 18, last , read and
approved.
Police Dept. report , for the month of August , presented & file .
reported
Health & Sanitation Committee/on the mink farm situation and
petition signed by 26 residents , protesting against the passage
of any prohibitive legislation, was presented and read. The Com.
as directed to present and ordinance covering the matter at the
next regular meeting.
Extention of time to September 25th . vvas granted to the Con-
crete Construction Co . , on their contract for draining on North
Central Avenue.

RESOLUTION No. 237 , Budgeting/Tax Funds for the next biennium
as read and adopted by unanimus vote of the Council.
Tentative Eudget for 1942 was presented and accepted as such
and ordeeed printed.
Upon motion the Light Committee were directed fix up the
lights on North Central , between T';eeker and Smith.
